I have that going-to-prison-tomorrow feeling. OK maybe that's an exaggeration. Classes start tomorrow. Of course TCC decided to kick things off with a bang last Friday when they called my phone and a lovely recording informed me that if students had not yet paid for tuition as of the day before then they were dropped from their classes. Where was I? In the middle of Farm Fresh. Of course. So when I got home I had to re-enroll in all of my classes and ended up having to switch to a different teacher for one...bummer. Needless to say it was a great way to start off the semester. I'm just hoping it's not a preview of what the semester is going to be like. I need to take the GRE this month too. I've studied the reading part and I've worked my way through some of the vocab but I still have the math to do. Nothing extremely hard, I just need to get my butt in gear and do it!
I wanted to start organizing my craft room today. Somehow my body decided that today would be a great day to just be lazy, coupon and then do some cleaning at the end. BUT I did give the kitchen a pretty good scrub, cleaned the turtle tank and gave the dogs a bath. So at least I have clean animals =]
So about this whole couponing thing....I'm kinda addicted. I have had some pretty good savings so far. Nothing that will blow you away but for things that we use constantly (i.e. deodorant, face moisturizer, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap) I have done pretty well. Let's just say I've been spending $11 on one thing of laundry detergent that lasts me a month and I now have enough to do 156 loads...yes I counted...all for under $20. I haven't been able to quite line things up yet so that I get items completely free a la Extreme Couponer. But I'm pretty proud of what I have done thus far. This upcoming shopping trip will be a pretty good one so far so I'll post some pics of everything I buy and let you know how it goes! I'm also way behind on Christmas pictures but it's only because I haven't found my cord that goes from the camera to computer yet. I have a lot of catching up to do.
